What is the Mindfulness Essentials course?
The Mindfulness Essentials (MBSR) is a 8-week course that helps you become the positive person you know you are. It gives you the tools you need to step out of your mind and into your life so you can truly feel alive.
Why you need to take this course?
If you know and feel that your restless and critical mind is witholding you from truly enjoying life and really living it to its fullest potential but you simply don’t know how to change.
You’ve achieved many goals you set out for yourself, tried yoga, took massages, worked out, had long talks with friends, but you still feel trapped inside of your negative thinking mind. Your mind is always telling you what could be better. ‘If only I had a better job, then I would be happy.’ ‘If only I would have that partner, then I would be happy.’ ‘If only I would have more time, then I could do the things I wanted.’ ‘If only l would have more money, then I would be happy.’ If… then… Never truly happy, never truly satisfied. Your mind keeps you busy and is never at ease.
Believe me I know how you feel. I tried everything to please and ease my restless and critical mind. But it never seemed to be enough. And then, when I knew I had to make a change from the inside, I came into contact with Mindfulness and my life completely changed and I finally found what I was looking for.
