You are in the prime of your life and have many things going well for you. You checked most of the boxes: good friends, nice apartment, good health, nice job or good education, you might even have your next vacation planned, but somehow your mind is never at ease.
Never a moment where your mind is silent, without thoughts of striving for the next thing to achieve, without worrying about what could happen or has happened, without planning and organizing the next 5 minutes and the next 5 years, without judging what is, what was and what will be.
Is your mind continuously spiraling in negative and fearful thoughts?
Is your busy and restless mind keeping you from savoring and enjoying the moment?
Is your life passing by at high speed and do you feel like you are not living it as intensely as you could?
I know the steps you can take to get out of your busy mind and start living your life the way it is intended.
Let’s practice the tools together.
Hi, I’m Vivianne.
I truly believe that positivity cannot be forced, the same is true for letting go, acceptance and joy. I often hear ‘I need to enjoy this’ or ‘I need to accept it and let it go’. But you can’t force yourself into these states. What you can do, is practice stepping out of the negative thinking and fearful thoughts that are holding you back from enjoying the moment or accepting. Then you allow yourself to get back into your natural positive state.
How do I know this? Because I practice it every day. Before I came into contact with Mindfulness my mind was all over the place. One thought over the other, mostly negative. I remember feeling tired and stuck, never truly living, never truly enjoying life. My busy and restless mind was running the show. In search of peace, positivity and happiness I changed all external conditions; switched jobs, changed apartment, even decided to live abroad. But then I knew I had to make a change internally for my mind was never content. I registered for a Mindfulness course. At first I was a little hesitant, I tried meditation before and thought it was not for me, it only seemed to give me more thoughts rather than less. But then after some weeks had passed, some things gradually shifted. Dealing with my restless mind became easier. I started to feel more in connection with myself, more free and I started to enjoy life. I became more and more the positive person I deep down knew I was. I expanded my personal development and growth with more trainings, courses and meditation hours. To this day I deepen my practice and am forever grateful to now have the tools to not let myself be controlled by my restless mind anymore and be fully alive.
Taking everything I learned over the years, I now get to spread the tools that helped me. My greatest joy is seeing people release their restless and busy mind so their true positive power can shine through and create the life they get excited about living.
